Shell IT Malaysia hiring Oracle SQL Server Application DBA
We are seeking to recruit Information Technology Professionals (i.e., BAM SQL/Oracle Application DBA) as per the following requirements:
Job Purpose
• Provide database support for BAM business critical applications.
• Troubleshoot database issues related to a specific application and perform necessary database enhancements.
• Liaise with System DBAs to incorporate system database changes
Requirements for SQL Application DBA (JG5):
• Preferably a relevant education at degree (bachelor / master) level
• Minimum 4 to 6 years SQL Server DBA experience• Experienced in SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
• Strong db performance tuning experience
• Extensive T-SQL coding experience, in particular Set-based SQL
• Experienced in SQL Server replication/failover support
Requirements for Oracle Application DBA (JG5):
• Preferably a relevant education at degree (bachelor / master) level.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years Oracle DBA experience
• Experienced in Oracle 9i/10g/11g support
• Strong db performance tuning experience
• Extensive PL/SQL coding experience
